Century Farms Part of Efforts to Revitalize Southeast Nashville

A leading commercial real estate development firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, Oldacre McDonald has overseen the development of hundreds of build-to-suit commercial projects and major shopping centers. Under the leadership of principals Bill Oldacre and Mark McDonald, Oldacre McDonald is currently focused on finishing its largest project to date, Century Farms, which is situated on more than 300 acres along I-24 in southeast Nashville.

Century Farms has obtained mixed-use zoning permits for more than 30 million square feet designated for residential, medical, office, and retail uses.

The development will center around a new interchange that is currently under construction. Following its expected completion in 2020, the new interchange will offer access to both sides of I-24. The interchange will have even greater potential for attracting businesses and residents to Century Farms, and it will serve as a grand entrance directly into the development.
