A national commercial real estate development firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, Oldacre McDonald has developed more than 400 retail and commercial developments across some two dozen states over the past three decades. Under the direction of industry veterans Bill Oldacre and Mark McDonald, the company has earned a reputation for quality, well-located retail projects for a client roster that has included the likes of Target, Belk, Costco, Home Depot, Kohl’s, CarMax, Kroger, Bass Pro Shops, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy and many others.

Most recently, Mark McDonald and Bill Oldacre have set their sites in Southeast Nashville, where the firm is currently developing Century Farms. Located just 10 miles southeast of downtown Nashville, with over a mile of frontage on I-24, the 300-acre mixed-use site will include major retail, residential, office and entertainment components. The development is already home to a new $66 million Operations Center for Community Health Systems and over 2,000 employees, but the majority of the development is yet to come, pending the brand new $30 million interchange which is currently under construction and will open to the public in 2021 and bisect the massive development site. Overall, the development is zoned for more than 30,000,000 square feet of mixed-uses.

In addition to Century Farms, Oldacre McDonald has led the development of Tennessee projects such as Nashville West, one of the city’s most popular retail destinations, and The Pinnacle, a 250-acre mixed-use site anchored by Bass Pro Shops in Bristol, Tennessee. Other major shopping centers in the development portfolio have included Tiger Town in Opelika, Alabama and The Highlands in Bristol, Virginia.
